- How long will my order take to ship?
- Orders typically ship within 7-10 business days. Please allow 1-2 weeks for your order to be packaged and ready for shipment. Shipping delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances with USPS, which we cannot control.
- Do you offer free shipping?
- Yes, we offer free shipping on most orders of $50 or more. This offer does not apply to returns or exchanges. For more details, please visit our Shipping Policy page.
- Can I return or exchange my order?
- You may return or exchange eligible items within 14 days of the delivery date. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in perfect condition. Final sale items, custom orders, and perishable goods are not eligible for returns. For further instructions, please see our Refund Policy.
- How do I initiate a return?
- To start a return, please contact our customer service team at stillshop@stilllifeart.org with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we will provide return shipping instructions and a return shipping label. Please note that return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item was incorrect, damaged, or defective.
- Can I cancel my order?
- Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. Cancellations after 24 hours may not be accepted as the order could already be processed.
- How are refunds processed?
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed within 7-10 business days and credited to your original payment method. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Do you sell or share my personal information?
- We do not sell or share your personal information without your consent. As described in our Privacy Policy, we may collect personal information from your interactions with our website, including cookies and similar technologies. This information may be shared with third parties like advertising partners for targeted ads, depending on your location and state laws.
- How can I opt out of targeted advertising or the sharing of my personal information?

- What if my item arrives damaged or defective?
- If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us at stillshop@stilllifeart.org with your order number and a photo of the damage within 5 days of receiving the item. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as necessary.
- Do you ship internationally?
- Yes, we ship internationally. However, international customers are responsible for customs fees, taxes, and return shipping costs. Please note that refunds will be issued in the original currency of purchase, and we are not responsible for changes in currency exchange rates.
