StillShop Refund Policy

At StillShop, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. Please review our refund policy to understand the terms under which refunds may be issued.

  1. Returns and Refunds Eligibility:
  • Items must be returned within 14 days of the delivery date to be eligible for a refund.
  • The item must be in its original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.
  • Refunds are not available for final sale items, custom orders, or perishable goods.
  1. Initiating a Return:
  • To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at stillshop@stilllifeart.org with your order number and reason for return.
  • Upon approval, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to return your item.
  1. Return Shipping:
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received was incorrect, damaged, or defective.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
  1. Refund Processing:
  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days, and the credit will be applied to your original method of payment.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  1. Exchanges:
  • If you wish to exchange an item for a different one, please follow the return procedure and place a new order for the desired item.
  1. Damaged or Defective Items:
  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at stillshop@stilllifeart.org with your order number and a photo of the damage. Please retain all original packaging and contact our customer service within 5 days of receiving the item. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as appropriate. 
  1. Cancellations:
  • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. After 24 hours, cancellations may not be accepted as the order may have already been processed.
  1. Non-Refundable Items:
  • Gift cards, downloadable products, and items purchased on sale are non-refundable.
  1. International Orders:
  • For international orders, the customer is responsible for all customs fees, taxes, and return shipping costs. Refunds will be issued in the original currency of purchase, and we are not responsible for changes in currency exchange rates.
